Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes, and most of our clients do exactly that, whether based in Asia, North America or anywhere else in the world. We handle all on-the-ground logistics, venue visits, tastings and vendor meetings on your behalf, reporting back with curated videos, photos and clear recommendations so you can make confident decisions from wherever you are

  • We recommend 18 to 24 months for peak-season dates (June–September). The most sought-after venues: châteaux, private villas, boutique estates book up well in advance, and starting early gives you the widest selection alongside time for guest travel coordination and any required paperwork.

  • Yes, our Pre-Elopement Experience is designed for couples who want to feel Europe before the big day. We arrange an intimate venue tour, a styled shoot and a private dinner so you can experience the atmosphere firsthand before finalising your plans.

Planning from abroad

  • Full Planning covers the entire journey: concept & design direction (moodboards, colour palette, creative vision), venue research & selection, vendor curation through our trusted network, budget & timeline management, guest experience coordination (accommodation, transfers) and full wedding weekend production from rehearsal dinner to the final celebration. You entrust us with everything and simply arrive.

  • Our Tailored Services are built exactly for this. You can select individual modules: day-of coordination, supplier management, concept & styling direction, guest concierge, stationery & branding, wedding website, or pre/post-wedding events, and we assemble a bespoke scope that fits where you are in the planning process. Each collaboration is defined around your needs.

  • We specialise in France, Spain, Italy, Portugal and Greece, with established vendor networks in each destination. If your dream setting is elsewhere, we are always open to the conversation; we have built weddings beyond our core markets and love a new challenge.

Services & Offer

  • Every venue and vendor in our network has been personally vetted, through interviews, site visits and direct exchanges to ensure they deliver the same level of professionalism, creativity and cultural sensitivity we hold ourselves to. We only work with people we genuinely trust, so our recommendation is always a reflection of our own standards.

  • Most European planners have limited knowledge of Asian cultures. Most Asian planners lack deep European contacts. We sit at the intersection of both with a team based between Europe and Asia, fluent in both aesthetics and expectations. We accept a limited number of weddings each year to guarantee the level of care every couple deserves.

  • Yes. All our planning agreements include clear liability terms, and we work exclusively with insured professionals. We also recommend event insurance for international clients and can guide you toward the right options for your destination, so you are never left exposed.

trust & Quality

Way of working & Budget

  • No,  never. We are entirely fee-based, which means every recommendation we make is based on quality and fit, not on who pays us the most. Every euro of your vendor budget goes directly to the people delivering your wedding. You know exactly what you are paying for and why.

  • From the very first conversation, we work within your defined budget with full transparency. You receive a detailed breakdown of every cost, by vendor category and service with regular updates throughout the planning process. No surprises, no hidden fees, no inflated quotes. We believe a well-managed budget is part of delivering a truly luxurious experience.

  • This depends significantly on the type of venue, guest count and destination. A vineyard, private villa, hotel or Relais & Châteaux each carry very different cost structures. We always begin with a clear conversation about your priorities before any numbers are shared, so the proposal we build reflects your vision, not a generic template.

LOGISTICS

  • In most cases yes, though the civil requirements vary by country and municipality. We always recommend consulting a local notary or legal advisor to confirm the exact documentation needed for your nationality and chosen destination, and we can connect you with the right contacts to make that process straightforward.

  • We work with a specialised agency that supports you and your guests through the Schengen visa process. While we do not issue visas ourselves, we ensure no guest arrives unprepared, the agency handles applications, documentation guidance and follow-up so your international guests can focus on the celebration ahead.

  • Yes, guest experience is a key part of what we do. We handle accommodation recommendations and block bookings, airport and inter-venue transfers, and the broader guest journey so every family member from Europe or Asia arrives feeling welcomed, informed and well looked after throughout the entire wedding weekend.
